INTEGRAL SPORTS TEEN HOCKEY LEAGUE

All the Hockey. None of the Pressure.

HOCKEY. FRIENDS. FUN.

Love hockey but tired of the pressure, politics, expensive travel and demanding schedules of traditional minor hockey?

Welcome to the Integral Sports Teen Hockey League — a fresh approach to hockey designed for teenagers who simply want to keep playing the game they love.

Think of it as Beer League before Beer League!

Our Teen League bridges the gap between traditional minor hockey and adult recreational hockey, giving teenagers an opportunity to stay on the ice, compete with friends and enjoy the game in a fun, organized and welcoming environment.

Whether you're stepping away from competitive hockey, looking for a more relaxed experience or simply want to keep playing with your buddies, this league is for you.

YOUR GAME. YOUR FRIENDS. YOUR LEAGUE.

We believe hockey should be something players look forward to — not another obligation.

Our Teen League focuses on what makes hockey great: competition, friendships, teamwork and having fun.

What Makes Our Teen League Different?

• Games, Not Practices: Spend more time playing hockey without mandatory practices or excessive commitments.

• Play With Your Friends: Register individually or with friends and enjoy the social side of hockey.

• Fun, Balanced Competition: Teams and divisions designed to create competitive, enjoyable games for different skill levels.

• A Real League Experience: Organized games, referees, standings, playoffs and championships.

• Affordable & Convenient: A recreational hockey alternative without the financial and time demands of traditional competitive programs.

• Hockey Without the Pressure: No politics, no pressure to advance — just the opportunity to enjoy playing.

BUILT FOR TEENAGERS

Designed for players approximately 17–19 years old, our Teen League provides a place for players of different abilities and backgrounds to continue enjoying hockey.

You don't have to be an elite player. You don't have to be chasing junior hockey. You just have to love the game.

THE PERFECT BRIDGE TO ADULT RECREATIONAL HOCKEY

For many players, traditional minor hockey ends long before their love of the game does.

Our Teen League keeps those players connected to hockey and their friends while preparing them for a lifetime of recreational hockey.

Because hockey shouldn't end when competitive minor hockey does.

KEEP PLAYING. KEEP COMPETING. KEEP HAVING FUN.

Whether you've played AAA, AA, community hockey or recreational hockey, there's a place for you in the Integral Sports Teen Hockey League.

LESS PRESSURE. MORE HOCKEY. MORE FUN.
