Sean is a dedicated professional coach and instructor with a strong passion for developing players of all ages and skill levels. With over 25 years of coaching and instruction experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and leadership to the rink every day.

Specializing in skill development, game strategy, and player mentorship Sean worked with athletes from grassroots programs to elite competitive levels. Known for a teaching style that blends structure with creativity, Sean focuses on building hockey IQ, confidence, and a lifelong love of the game.

Whether er it’s helping a young skater master the fundamentals or preparing advanced players for the next level, he is committed to creating a positive, challenging, and supportive learning environment.

Marketing and Operations Director

Tyler joins us after graduating with a full scholarship from the University of Providence. He brings a passion for the game and a proven track record in sports management, Tyler leads the marketing and operations group at ISG, driving growth, engagement, and seamless execution across all levels of the program.

Combining strategic vision with hands-on experience, Tyler oversees branding, communications, digital outreach, event coordination, and day-to-day operations. From grassroots promotions to high-level partnerships, they play a key role in building the organization’s presence both on and off the ice.

Tyler brings energy, innovation, and professionalism to every project His goal is simple: to elevate the player experience, strengthen community ties, and help the organization thrive in a competitive and evolving hockey landscape.

Nick brings a wealth of experience in player development, strategic planning, and hockey operations. With a deep understanding of the game from grassroots to elite levels, Nick plays a key role in guiding players, families, and organizations through the evolving landscape of modern hockey.

Nick is currently playing on a full scholarship at Carleton University after spending 5 years in the WHL. Nick will head up our European Placement Operation next year as he enjoys working alongside coaches, scouts, and performance specialists to help athletes reach their full potential both on and off the ice. From minor hockey pathways to junior, collegiate, and professional opportunities, Nick offers tailored advice backed by data, experience, and a genuine passion for the game.

Director of Analysis and Player Placement Services

Kabe is a from coach with the Drayton Valley Thunder and brings a unique blend of data-driven insight, hockey expertise, and player advocacy to every aspect of the game. With a background in development, analytics, scouting, or sports management], leads the charge in identifying talent, building career strategies, and maximizing player potential through both on-ice performance and off-ice decisions.

Kabe spearhead the agency’s analytics department, delivering detailed performance evaluations, video breakdowns, and scouting reports that help players and families make informed, strategic choices. In addition, he represents athletes with integrity and vision—guiding them through placements, recruitment, and professional transitions with a personalized, long-term approach.
