Our MINI RENEGADES program is designed to help new and beginner players learn the fundamentals of ice hockey in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. The program focuses on building confidence on the ice while developing core skating and hockey skills through age-appropriate instruction, games, and small-area activities.

Participants will learn foundational skills such as:

  • Basic skating (balance, stride, stopping, turning)

  • Puck control and stickhandling

  • Passing and receiving

  • Shooting fundamentals

  • Introductory positioning and teamwork

  • Hockey rules, safety, and sportsmanship

Sessions are led by qualified coaches who emphasize skill development, enjoyment, and inclusion—making this an ideal first step for players who are new to hockey or transitioning from learn-to-skate programs.
