Elite Hockey Instruction
Welcome to the Calgary Renegades Hockey Academy. We are an Academy like no other!
As one of the originators and participators of private hockey in Alberta, the staff at ISG has taken a year to create and develop our spring and winter Academies.
At ISG, we offer high-level hockey instruction designed to develop complete players. Our training goes beyond the basics—focusing on advanced skill development, hockey IQ, and the discipline it takes to compete at every level of the game.
Led by experienced coaches and former elite-level players, our programs blend technical skills, tactical understanding, and game-situation drills to push each athlete toward their full potential. Whether you’re a young player building your foundation or an advanced athlete preparing for the next step, our instruction is tailored to meet your goals.
Youth 4on4 Hockey
3on3 is good, but 4on4 is now becoming the new program to develop your game. ISG’s 4 on 4 youth hockey is a fast-paced, high-skill variation of the traditional game where each team plays with four skaters and a goalie on the ice. With more open space and fewer players, the game emphasizes speed, creativity, and quick decision-making. Whether you're looking to stay sharp during the season or focusing on taking your game to the next level, 4-on-4 is one of the best ways to grow as a complete player.
ISG hosts 4on4 Hockey Sunday nights in winter-4 on 4 league in Spring and a 4on4 summer Tournament in August.
